This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) governs how we, PT Inklusif Nusantara Kreatif and/or our affiliated entities, together with PT Biometrik Citra Solusi as the holder of rights and the official publisher of the Fingerspot brand (collectively referred to as “Fingerspot” or “we”), collect and process your Personal Data in connection with your use of our Services (as defined below). We are highly committed to the protection of your Personal Data (as defined below). We are responsible for upholding data management principles with full integrity, making the security of your Personal Data our top priority. This Policy applies to all users of the Services who access them through websites, mobile applications, and any other platforms we manage (collectively referred to as the "Platform"), including any parties who collaborate with us, unless governed by a separate privacy policy.

This document will detail Fingerspot's policy regarding the use and disclosure of Personal Information collected through the use of our Services. Fingerspot will not use or share your information with any third party except as described in this Privacy Policy.

You must agree to our Privacy Policy before you can use our Services. By using our Services, you are deemed to have agreed to and accepted our Privacy Policy as well as our Terms and Conditions of Service.


Definition

  • Fingerspot.io is a human resource management application connected to biometric identification and card-based attendance devices on desktop, web, and mobile platforms (iOS and Android). It supports digital HR transformation, making human resources more productive and company personnel management more effective and efficient.

  • Personal Data refers to data about an individual that is identified or can be identified either independently or in combination directly or indirectly with other information.

  • Information refers to statements, ideas, or facts that have value, meaning, and messages, including data, facts, or explanations that can be seen, heard, and read, presented in various formats according to the development of electronic or non-electronic information and communication technology.

  • Quota refers to the allocation or limit of data services that can be accessed for a single purchase/transaction.

  • Employee/User Application refers to the Fingerspot.io application that must be installed on the employee's/user's phone for GPS attendance processing via mobile phone and other supporting features.

  • Service refers to software service products with a subscription period according to the available time range or active period.

  • Attendance Device refers to a device or device with biometric identification (fingerprint, facial, vein pattern), card, and password.

  • Platform refers to fingerspot services accessed through websites, mobile applications, and any other platforms that we manage.


The Scope and Types of Your Personal Data That We Collect
  • Identity Data, including but not limited to name, gender, address, place and date of birth, selfie data, and others.
  • Contact Data, including but not limited to email address, phone number, and others.
  • Payment or Financial Data, including but not limited to bank account details, financial information, and others.
  • Data related to your activities when using the Services, including but not limited to terms you search for, views and interactions with content, input activities and transaction processes, and people who communicate with you or share content with you using our Services.
  • Location Data, the data about your location is collected when you use our Services. Your location can be determined with varying degrees of accuracy using the GPS on your phone.

Information Collection

We may collect your Personal Data in several ways, including:

  • Through direct provision when you register or use the Services or when you contact our customer service
  • Through the Platform, browser, and devices you use
  • The information we collect includes a unique ID, browser type and settings, device type and settings, operating system, mobile network information including the operator's name and phone number, and the application version number. We also collect information about your application's, browser's, and device's interactions with our Services, including IP address, crash reports, system activity, and the time, date, and referrer URL of your requests.

Use of Your Personal Data

To ensure our Services function properly and to provide you with a better experience, Fingerspot.io may collect and request Personal Identifiable Information. "Personal Identifiable Information" is defined as any information that can directly or indirectly reveal your true identity.

The information collected and requested by Fingerspot.io will only be stored on your device and our servers, and will not be personally collected or stored by any administrator, owner, or personnel of Fingerspot.io, or any Fingerspot.io affiliate.

  • Using the features available in our services. For example, for the Fingerspot.io service, we may use your personal data, such as GPS location and selfies, for attendance recording, task reporting, employee location monitoring, and other supporting features
  • Registering you as a user on our platform and also for administering and/or managing your account
  • Informing about activities occurring within our platform or other platforms/systems connected to our platform
  • Interact directly with you and notify you of any updates or changes to the Services
  • Sending you information in connection with your use of the Services
  • Performing maintenance, improvement, troubleshooting, development, and personalization/customization of the Services to meet your needs and preferences
  • Developing new services
  • Monitoring, understanding, and analyzing your activities and behavior including habits and use of various services available on the Platform
  • Assisting or resolving complaints regarding operational problems that occur in the Service
  • Generating statistical information and analytical data for testing, research, analysis, and product development purposes
  • Complying with all obligations under the applicable laws of the Republic of Indonesia, including but not limited to responding to requests, investigations, or directives from government regulations and/or members

We may combine the information collected by our services across your devices for the purposes described above. Depending on your account settings, your activity on other sites and apps may be associated with your Personal Data to improve the Services.


Disclosure of personal data to other parties

If Fingerspot is required or ordered by applicable law in the Republic of Indonesia to disclose certain information, fingerspot may disclose the necessary information to the relevant party.

In addition to what is set out in this Policy, we may disclose, provide access to, and/or share your Personal Data if we have obtained your consent for the relevant disclosure. If you give your consent to disclose your Personal Data to a third party and then we are authorized to disclose and send such data to the selected third party, you release us from any impacts arising from the processing of your Personal Data by such third party.

We recommend that you check and understand the Privacy Policy imposed by each party to whom you have agreed to provide your Personal Data. We will not sell or rent your Personal Data to any party.


Deletion or Modification of Personal Information

You may request Fingerspot.io to delete or modify your personal information at any time by contacting us. However, please note that our Services may require certain Personal Data (such as your email address) to function, and the absence of such information may hinder your ability to use our Services, either partially or fully.

Please also note that we may refuse requests to delete, falsify, or alter Personal Data if we believe that such actions would violate the laws or regulations in the Republic of Indonesia, are intended to evade the law or law enforcement, or would cause harm to Fingerspot.io or other users, or are made in bad faith.


Customer Rights

In connection with the processing of your Personal Data through Our Platform, you have the right to:

  • Update and/or correct errors and/or inaccuracies in your Personal Data recorded on the Platform and/or Services
  • Withdraw your consent to process Personal Data on the Platform and/or Services
  • Delete and/or destroy your Personal Data
  • Customers have the right to use Fingerspot.io, NOT to dismantle, change part/all of the contents, add to the contents of the Fingerspot.io system in any form, or then re-arrange the Fingerspot.io application and distribute it.

Cookies are text files placed on your computer for record-keeping purposes. We use cookies to help us provide the convenient use of the Fingerspot.io Service.

This Service does not explicitly use these “cookies”. However, this application may use third-party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services. Fingerspot.io values your trust in entrusting your Personal Information to us. We always strive to improve the security of your Personal Data by using the latest technology and complying with applicable regulations to meet the expectations of related parties and to ensure continuous quality improvement. Furthermore, we make the protection of your Personal Data our priority by using the highest standards to secure your Personal Data. Although we will try to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee the integrity and accuracy of the Personal Data you provide via the Internet considering that sending information via the internet is not completely secure.

We also strongly recommend our users implement good personal account security practices to minimize the negative impact of a security breach, such as avoiding using the same password for every website and linking your email to your phone number or backup email. We will immediately notify our users if we detect any security breach on Our side.
